Fearfully and Wonderfully Made, Inc is recognized as a 501(c)3 non- profit organization. This organization’s primary mission is to offer support to families with babies in the NICU. As an organization, we understand that support may not end as soon as the baby leaves the NICU. Often times a NICU journey leads into months or even years that can be sprinkled with hardships along the way, including but not limited to health and financial. For that reason and more, Fearfully and Wonderfully Made is honored to offer, for the first time, a scholarship to NICU graduates.

To be eligible for the Fearfully and Wonderfully Made scholarship, a high school senior must be graduating and receiving their high school diploma in 2023. The senior student must have plans to advance themselves to college, vocational school, or another growth opportunity that can be described in the application. The graduating senior must complete and submit the Fearfully and Wonderfully Made scholarship application, if help is needed to do so, please indicate that within the application. The student will also be required to write a minimum 250 word essay in response to “How the NICU changed my life” as well as submit a 2 minute video stating how the student plans to make an impact in the world in which they live. (*If a student is physically unable to write or type the essay, assistance may be provided. Also, if a student needs help getting through a video, a caregiver can assist.)

Fearfully and Wonderfully Made will offer a total amount of $2000 for 2023 high school students applying for the scholarship. It will be at the discretion of the scholarship committee as to how many scholarships will be awarded and the amount given to each recipient.

Students may speak to their high school counselor or go directly to www.fearfullyandwonderfullymade.co/scholarship2023 to submit an application with the requirements necessary. All applications and requirements must be submitted to Fearfully and Wonderfully Made no later than April 14th, 2023.
